myPortal (myPortal.team, LLC and our affiliates) is committed to protecting your privacy.  This Privacy Policy (the Policy) applies to our website (www.myPortal.team) and the associated productivity, collaboration, workflow tools available online (collectively, the Services).  Services can be accessed using a customer domain name e.g. domain.myportal.team.  As you use the Service, myPortal collects and processes information from and about you in order to provide you with access to the Service, enhance your experience while using the Service, and interact with you. This policy covers:

When you setup your myPortal account, or otherwise provide contact information to us via email, mail, or through our Services, you may provide us with basic information about yourself.  This information may include your email address, first and last name, mailing address or phone number.  After you’ve registered you will have the ability to provide a profile image, such as a photograph.

This includes combining personal information we obtain through the Services with information we obtain through other sources, for the purposes described above. We may de-identify or aggregate information collected and use it for the purposes described above and for other purposes to the extent permitted by applicable law. We also may use personal information for additional purposes that we specify at the time of collection. We will obtain your consent for these additional uses to the extent required by applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, we will obtain your consent for the processing of your personal information for direct marketing purposes.

  • We may share your personal information with third parties (including our service providers and government entities) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud or security or technical issues;
  • We may share your personal information with our business partners who offer a service to you jointly with us, for example when running a cross-promotion;
  • We may share and/or transfer your personal information if we become involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or any form of sale of some or all of our assets; and
  • We may share your personal information with a third party if we have your consent to do so.

What Rights You Have Over Your Information

You can contact us at support@myPortal.team to access, correct, erase, restrict or export your personal information at any time.  You can object to our processing of your personal information at anytime, or contact us with concerns.  If you are not satisfied with the response, you have the right to place a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Communication Preferences

If you no longer wish to receive communications related to the Services, you may opt-out of receiving them by reaching out to support@myPortal.team.  Please note, that opting out of service-related communication will cause the Services to not function properly.

Blocking Cookies

You can remove or block certain cookies using the settings in your browser, however, the Services my stop functioning properly if you do this.  Refer to the Cookies and Other Technologies section below for additional information.

Data Retention

We will retain your information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, or where the Software License Agreement requires or permits specific retention or deletion periods.
